Art Work Requirements
The majority of our products are printed using traditional screen printing techniques and require art created in vector based software such as Adobe Illustrator for spot color printing.

Vector Graphic Artwork:
We prefer Adobe Illustrator native files up to version CS 2 or EPS or PDF generated from Illustrator. Multi color artwork should be set up as spot color with PMS colors indicated. Be sure all text is converted to paths or outlines.

Raster Graphic Artwork:
(TIFFs, EPSs, PSDs) should be at least 300 dpi at original size. RGB or CYMK is acceptable. Low resolution images (72 dpi) and images from the Internet jpegs and gifs are NOT acceptable. Please note* Word, Power Point and Excel DOCS cannot be used for artwork. Please contact us for a complete overview of art requirements for the item you are considering.

Shipping Methods and Costs
All orders are shipped from the manufacturers location and shipping and handling costs will be added to the final invoice. Items are shipped the most economical way to meet your deadline dates. Specific event dates may require expedited shipping methods such as UPS 2 Day or Next Day Air. The Darnell Company is not responsible for goods damaged or delayed in transit.

Over Runs/Under Runs
Every attempt will be made to ship actual quantities ordered. However, on occasion due to production efficiencies, a variance of +/- 10% may occur. Orders will be billed for actual quantities shipped.

Pricing
Every attempt is made to keep all pricing current and accurate on our site, however Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on a one-color imprint on any standard product color except where noted.
